VitaCore CAN99™ Black/White Respirator Mask - 10/25 Pack (Headband)

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and durable this mask is.

I have a small face and these fit me the best of any mask I've tried. They are a good compromise on price though they don't stand away from your face as well as the pricier thicker masks (or at least that's true for me). Still, they are comfy and I like having them available in black.

I got these because I needed an MRI safe respirator, and because I’d like a black version of the 3M Aura. The straps on the CAN99 are SIGNIFICANTLY better than the 3M in my opinion, the fabric elastic doesn’t slip down my head. They’re definitely tighter though. I do have a small face and head, and the straps were very snug but not uncomfortable. My only complaints were under my chin was still not very snug (also an issue I have with the 3M), I wish the mask was a little stiffer/more structured like the Auras are because it did rub on my nose and mouth a bit, and I wish it had nose foam. But honestly those are just me being nit picky. These will definitely be what I reach for often for medical appointments. I’m glad to finally have a black alternative to my Auras!!

Great mask. Definitely my new favorite. I'm an adult woman and I have a small face and this mask fits perfectly. The straps are comfortable and I prefer the lack of nose foam.

I've been very happy with the CAN99. They have a super secure seal that scored a 370 on my quantitative fit test, and I wear them on crowded NYC subways and in other high-risk places. They are also one of the few N95s that come in black.

This the only black respirator I can find that works well and looks decent. The only complaint is that they are aware that they "are for smaller faces", and they are too tight. Why not make one also a little bigger?
