How to Use and Redeem Your Protectly Points

Protectly offers a loyalty rewards program because it is our mission to provide best customer shopping experience and always give back to our supporters. Protectly Points program offers multiple easy ways to earn points and save on purchases, or earn points/discounts by referrals. 

Here is how to use it:

1. Locate the silver color Rewards tab on the bottom left corner of our site.

2. To turn your existing points into a reward, click on the Rewards button and login to your existing customer account. (If you don't have an existing account, please create account using original email you used for purchase)

3. Once logged in, please open the Rewards panel again. 

4. If you have accumulated points, there will be a Redeem button. Click on Ways to Redeem.

5. Upon clicking the Redeem, there will be options on redeeming your points.

6. Upon clicking Redeem, you'll be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

7. Click on Apply code and the discount will be automatically applied to your checkout.
  • You will get an email with the coupon code for your records in case you didn't redeem it fully. The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.
Once your have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points are not automatically returned to the account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

How to Redeem Points If You Shopped Without An Account

Customers that accumulated points on initial purchase without creating an account, can redeem their points by Creating an account using the original email used for purchase. If you have used multiple emails for each purchase, your points are stored under each email address (please reach out to us so we can combine your points under one email account).

Your original points earned during initial purchases are stored under your email account. Creating an account using that email address will restore all your points. After that, please follow all steps in this article in redeeming your points.
